Manager of Client Services
Rand Vincent is the Manager of Client Services for TQ. In this role, Rand is responsible for the management, training, and development of TQ’s team of Account Service Managers (ASM) whom ensure our customer’s overall quality experience, service excellence, and complete satisfaction with TQ solutions and support. Rand oversees all ASM projects ensuring company goals and objectives are met and manages ASM milestones, deadlines, reporting, issue resolution or escalation, training, conference support, and more. Through Rand’s leadership, the ASM team works to exceed customer service expectations and develop long-term, positive relationships with TQ’s healthcare customers. Rand joined TQ in 2013, serving as Executive Support Specialist and various client services positions before his promotion to Manager of Client Services in 2016. Rand holds a BSBA in Marketing from The Ohio State University.
