Manager of Client Services
Rand Vincent is the Manager of Client Services for TeleQuality Communications. In this role, Rand is responsible for the management, training and development of TeleQuality's team of Customer Relations Managers (CRMs) whom provide the high-quality customer service to every TQ customer. Rand oversees all sales projects maintained by the CRM team ensuring company and team goals/objectives are met through the management of CRM milestones, deadlines, reporting, issue resolution or escalation, training, conference support, and more. Rand leads the CRM team to develop long-term, positive relationships with TQ customers by exceeding their telecom and customer service expectations.
Rand joined TeleQuality in 2013, serving as Executive Support Specialist and various client services positions before his promotion to Manager of Client Services in 2016.
Rand holds a BSBA in Marketing from The Ohio State University.
