Director of Customer Support      

Dana joined ENA’s family of companies in 2008 as manager of the CTAC. Prior to joining ENA, he spent 10 years as manager of customer service and tech support for a telecom based in Sioux Falls, SD. With more than 19 years of experience in the telecom and service industry, Dana has focused his career on customer service, support, and monitoring using industry best practices. Now, as the director of customer support, he oversees the overall ENA/TQ support model for the CTAC.
