TeleQuality has been a partner with North Country HealthCare for over one year now. They have assisted us with a complete network upgrade to over 15 remote locations. TeleQuality has provided guidance and support all the way through this project, from securing USAC funding to providing managed routers, and management and administration of our firewall and web filters.
TeleQuality’s support is second to none. We have regularly scheduled phone calls with our Customer Relations Manager, and their Network Operations Center is very responsive to any issues that may arise. They are very responsive to any requests and I often feel as if we are their only customer. TeleQuality’s funding specialists are subject matter experts and are very proactive when it comes to making sure we stay current with all of our USAC filing requirements.
TeleQuality’s network has allowed us to provide broadband network access to several very remote locations, improving the quality of care we provide for our patients. Our increased bandwidth has also allowed us to expand the use of our telemedicine program as well.
