Chris joined ENA’s family of companies in 2016 as manager of the Customer Technical Assistance Center (CTAC). Chris is responsible for leading, supervising, and coordinating the daily efforts of the CTAC’s customer support and service processes, as well as ensuring high customer service expectations are met and delivered. He is an accomplished management and IT professional with leadership experience in the healthcare, security, and manufacturing industries. Chris holds the following IT certifications: MCSA, MCP, ITIL Intermediate Certificate in IT Service Management, and CompTIA A+, Network+, and Network A+.
