Human Resources Manager
Anne Lehman is the Human Resources Manager for TeleQuality Communications. In this role, Anne is responsible for the development and administration of all human resources planning and procedures for TeleQuality personnel. Anne works with management and employees to foster a positive work environment and ensures TeleQuality programs are consistent and uphold company values. She also performs and manages various HR functions including developing departmental goals, objectives, and systems, implementing compensation programs, monitoring performance evaluation programs, maintenance and training on personnel policies and procedures, and performing benefits administration. Anne is also in charge of all TeleQuality recruiting, hiring and training programs for new employees as well as career-path programs and employee relations.
Anne joined TeleQuality in 2016, bringing over a decade of HR experience and management to the organization. Before TeleQuality, Anne served in various HR leadership roles in the medical, clinical trial, and hospitality industries.
Anne earned her bachelor's of Business Administration and Management from the University of West Florida. She is SHRM-SCP certified.
