Ricky Lopez

Customer Relations Manager

Ricky Lopez is the Customer Relations Manager for much of the central U.S. He is in charge of ensuring TeleQuality customers receive the highest level of customer satisfaction for their network systems. He also proactively analyzes each customer network on an individual case basis, making sure their network is meeting organizational bandwidth and networking needs or advising them on potential upgrades and improvement solutions. Before bringing his expertise to TeleQuality, Lopez held various management and sales positions in the retail industry. He earned his BA in journalism and mass communications from New Mexico State University
