Telecom Veteran Steven Dorf Joins TeleQuality Communications as Chief Operating Officer (COO)
SAN ANTONIO, TX (March 20, 2017) —TeleQuality Communications, Inc. (TQCI), a leading provider of technology and telecommunications solutions for healthcare providers, is pleased to announce the addition of veteran telecom executive Steven Dorf as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO).

In this position, Dorf will be responsible for driving the strategic leadership, oversight and general management of TeleQuality’s operational capabilities including engineering, quality, procurement and customer satisfaction nationwide. He will be in charge of preparing and driving growth for the company in all market segments.

Dorf’s telecom industry experience spans nearly 30 years. He joins TeleQuality from Kansas Fiber Network, where he most recently served as the President and General Manager. In this capacity, he orchestrated all facets of the initial business case validation, engineering, construction and continuing operations of the company as well as recruited a top-performing executive management team and secured funding for network build-outs and operations. Before Kansas Fiber Network, Dorf held multiple executive and management-level positions across the telecom industry spectrum with TW Telecom, Intermedia and FastTrack Communications, Inc. and Metropolitan Fiber Systems.
In addition to his corporate work in the telecom industry, Dorf has previously served as a board member for INCOMPAS, the competitive carriers association. He earned his BA in business administration and management from Western State Colorado University.
