Rick Basse- Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Rick joins TeleQuality as our new CFO overseeing the accounting and finance teams and activities of the organization. He has held a wide variety of accounting and finance roles for the last 33 years and holds a CPA/Six Sigma. Welcome Rick!

Corrine Benish- Executive Assistant
TeleQuality welcomes Corrine as the new Executive Assistant providing support to the executive management team at TeleQuality including the CEO, Tim Koxlien. With experience supporting a variety of CEOs and corporate executives over the years and 15 years experience as an Account Executive in the credit reporting industry, Corrine brings a wealth of knowledge to the TeleQuality team. What attracted you to work for TeleQuality? The people at TQ as well as the company's values and mission- it is so rewarding to work for a company that does so much good!

William Anderwald- Promotion to Operations Manager
TeleQuality is thrilled to announce the promotion of our own William Anderwald to Operations Manager this quarter! Will oversees process and procedure improvements within the operations department, as well as ensuring sales orders and pricing requests are completed in line with corporate objectives. Working as the Pricing Specialist at TQ for almost 5 years and holding a B.A. in Technical Communications from UTSA, William knows the ins and outs of TQ operations. Congratulations Will!
What attracted you to work for TeleQuality? I needed a job! But really, it was the thought of being with a company that was passionate about what they do while also building a fun environment.

Erin Daye- Customer Relations Manager
TeleQuality welcomes Erin as our new Customer Relations Manager. Erin is in charge of helping our current customers resolve any issues they might have and perform monthly courtesy calls to our customers, ensuring their network is running smoothly. A recent graduate of Texas A&M University, Erin comes to TeleQuality with experience in the estate and financial planning industries. Welcome Erin!
What attracted you to work for TeleQuality? Conversations with Natalie (Director of Sales) as well as being submersed into a new industry that I did not have experience in. I was excited to learn something new on a daily basis.

If you had to eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be? Jack in the Box egg rolls, and Comal Tacos (chorizo, potato, bean and rice tacos)
Surprising Fact: I have broken my nose 6 times and have had reconstructive surgery twice.
Reid Freeman- Promotion to Sales Manager
TeleQuality is excited to announce the promotion of Reid Freeman to Sales Manager this quarter! Reid will be in charge of overseeing, leading, supporting and managing the sales regional account managers (RAMs) efforts in the western territory of the U.S. Previously TeleQuality's RAM for the TX/OK region, Reid has over 30 years of telecommunications industry experience holding various account manager, sales manager, director of sales and COO roles for various telecommunications companies. Reid holds a BS degree in Computing Science Engineering with a minor in Business Management from Texas A&M University. Way to go, Reid!
What attracted you to work for TeleQuality? I liked the idea that TQ/RHT was a successful, small-ish, growing company that provided "valuable" services for its customers. I also really liked the culture and values that the company deemed important.
Who would you like to play you in a Hollywood film? For the people that know me well, Pierce Brosnan is the obvious choice to be cast for this role.
If you had to eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be? My mom's spaghetti.
Surprising Fact: That I played John McEnroe one time, although I didn't really enjoy it.
Courtney Pitkin- Funding Specialist
Courtney comes to TeleQuality as a Funding Specialist, assisting customers throughout the funding process and ensuring funding paperwork and forms are filled out correctly and on time. A recent graduate from Texas State University, Courtney received her bachelor's degree in Mass Communication- Electronic Media. Welcome Courtney!

Amanda Miller- Pricing Specialist
We are excited to welcome back Amanda to TeleQuality! Amanda worked for TQ previously in 2010 as a Financial Analyst and has returned after traveling the world to fill our Pricing Specialist position. In this role, Amanda is in charge of preparing, analyzing, negotiating and revising telecommunications pricing with local exchange carriers to support our sales account managers. With work experience spanning across multiple industries including marketing, accounting, and creative, Amanda brings a variety of experience to her role and the business. Welcome back Amanda!
Who would you like to play you in a Hollywood film? Perhaps Cameron Diaz. She has a great sense of humor and a passion for living life to the fullest. She seems to be a fun person and doesn't seem to worry too much what others think and is very independent.
If you had to eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be? Most likely salmon or crab.
Surprising Fact: I love to build stuff. I find DIY projects and create them myself. I have power tools and have built several things in my living room. From a 6-foot TV cabinet to a wine/beer rack, coffee mug rack and a nice size slide table, I have a storage closet that looks like a lumber yard at Lowe's.

Bill Rinhart- Regional Account Manager (TX)
TeleQuality welcomes Bill as the newest Regional Account Manager for the state of Texas! Bill in is charge of understanding our customers and educating them on how to acquire newer, faster and more efficient ways to communicate in their practices while generating revenue for TQ. Bill holds a degree in Psychology and several "geeky" certifications Nortel, Avaya and Riverbed. With over 17 years of experience in telecommunications and sales engineering roles, Bill brings a wealth of telecommunications knowledge to TeleQuality. Welcome Bill!
What attracted you to work for TeleQuality? I wasn't looking for TeleQuality initially, but once I better understood what we do and why, I was hooked. I am first an altruist. I get to educate and solve problems for customers to help them advance in better ways in an effort to bring the world closer to them and vice versa. That's rewarding for both of us in several ways.
Who would you like to play you in a Hollywood film? It really should be me, BUT I could see Bruce Willis. He has the same amount of smart aleck-ery as me. A good alternate might be Jack Black, but he and I would have to spend time on the elliptical machine first.
If you had to eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be? Smorgasbord
Surprising Fact: I am a Black Belt in Kuk Sool (Korean martial arts), a photographer when I'm not chasing TQ revenue, applied for and received a provisional patent, and am an unapologetic Denver Broncos fan.

Dalton Lett- Sales Intern
Dalton joins TeleQuality this summer as a sales intern working with the sales department to create leads for our RAMs, doing research and learning more about the telecom industry. Dalton is currently attending Texas A&M University going into his sophomore year studying business with a focus on finance. Welcome Dalton!

Connor Ketel- Sales Intern

Jordan Barnfield- Operations Intern
Jordan joins TeleQuality this summer as our operations intern assisting the network operations center (NOC) with office technical difficulties regarding hardware or software issues, organizing and refactoring information in our system, and developing new tools for our team to use.
